Natuna Youth Movement (GPN) is a youth organization that was born out of a strong determination. Bang Wan Safri Syamsudin (BWS)He is a son of the region who has experienced firsthand the bitter taste of life in limitations. Established on June 2025GPN is the answer to the need for a platform for struggle and collaboration for Natuna's youth.

The Founder's Personal Commitment

As Natuna's native sonBang Wan Safri realized that change must start from within. He did not only form this organization to foster youth, but also as a a tangible tool of social empowerment.

NPG: A Movement, Not Just an Organization

GPN is more than just a youth community. It is a moral and social movement that aims to:

• Increase the capacity of Natuna's youth in the fields of leadership, entrepreneurship, and social advocacy
• Become an active partner of government and society in carrying out regional development programs
• Shaping the character of the younger generation who are brave, independent, and have a big vision for their region.

With core values: Integrity, Initiative, InclusivenessGPN believes that the future of Natuna is in the hands of its own young generation.

GPN Management

The initial structure of GPN was developed in the spirit of transparency and participation:

• Chairman: Erwansah Saputrayadi
• Secretary: Boncel
• Treasurer: Arjuhan
• Vice Chairman I: Sirojudin
• Vice Chairman II: Orihidayat

This structure will continue to be expanded through regeneration in all sub-districts.

Cadre Cadre in 17 Sub-districts of Natuna

In the near future, GPN will implement comprehensive youth regeneration program throughout 17 sub-districts in Natuna Regency. The goal is not only to form a board, but also produce strong youths who are able to spearhead the development of villages, islands and regions.

Each sub-district will have an official GPN representative who is provided with training and a work program to be capable:

• Running social activities
• Advocate for community needs
• Liaising between youth and government

Secretariat Office and Social Services

GPN now has central secretariat office which is located at:

This two-story building is not only used for organizational activities, but also as a halfway house for out-of-towners who are on outpatient treatment at RSUD Natuna. As long as there are empty rooms, the community can occupy this facility for free. This is a tangible form of GPN is a social movement, not just an administrative one.

Collaboration and Networking

GPN opens up opportunities for collaboration with:

• Local government
• Educational institutions and boarding schools
• Social communities and MSMEs
• Local and national media
• Other youth and religious organizations
